CONTACT Pavan Geraedts
Tell us what you are working on.
You may already know that you need fiscal advice, juridical advice or business mediation. You may simply have a decision, agreement or change that deserves a careful professional reading.
Begin with the business as you understand it. Tell us what you intend to do, who is involved and what you would like to make clear. You do not need to choose the correct terminology or prepare the whole matter before contacting us.
Pavan Geraedts is a boutique professional practice in Amersfoort. We work with companies, entrepreneurs, directors and shareholders on fiscal positions, agreements, business relationships, company structures, digital activity and transactions.
Your enquiry is read personally. We will tell you whether the matter fits the practice, which professional perspective is most relevant and what a sensible first step would be.
Contact us when:
- A fiscal position, filing, transaction or company tax matter needs explanation or advice.
- A contract, set of terms or commercial arrangement must be drafted, reviewed or discussed.
- A business relationship would benefit from an independent and structured mediation process.
- Ownership, authority, shareholder arrangements or the legal structure of the company will change.
- A website, data use, AI application, software agreement, brand or creative work needs juridical attention.
- You are considering an acquisition, sale, investment, succession or reorganisation.
- Several of these areas are connected and you would like one practice to help organise the work.
- You are not yet certain what kind of professional advice the situation requires.
A PROFESSIONAL FIRST CONVERSATION
The first step is to understand the question together.
A useful first conversation does not begin with a package or a standard solution. It begins with the company, the intended result and the people involved.
We listen to the situation, ask focused questions and identify what is already known. We then consider whether the matter is principally fiscal, juridical, relational or connected across several areas of the practice.
Sometimes the next step is a meeting. Sometimes it is more useful to read one agreement, decision, letter or set of figures first. If another authorised or specialised professional is needed, we explain why and how that role can be coordinated.
Initial contact is handled discreetly and only for the purpose of assessing the enquiry. Sending a message does not by itself create a professional engagement or legal professional privilege. We therefore ask you to begin with a concise explanation and not with a complete file of sensitive documents.

Call us
If we cannot answer immediately, use the enquiry form and tell us when you can be reached.
Write to us
Use the enquiry form below for a first description of the matter.
We normally review new enquiries within two working days. Acceptance of a matter or deadline is always confirmed separately.
CHOOSE THE CLOSEST PRACTICE AREA
Where would you like the conversation to begin?
These categories help us direct your enquiry. They are not a test and they do not limit the later work. Select the area that feels closest, choose several connected areas or simply tell us that you are not sure.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
A short, concrete explanation is enough for the first reading.
The first message does not need to contain the complete history or every available document. It should help us understand who is asking, what the company is doing and what kind of result would be useful.
Who you are
Give your name, company, position and relationship to the matter. If you are contacting us for another person or organisation, explain in which capacity.
What is happening or being planned
Describe the agreement, transaction, decision, tax matter, business relationship or company change in ordinary language. A short chronology is helpful where several events have already occurred.
Who is involved
Identify the companies, shareholders, partners, customers, suppliers, employees or authorities directly relevant to the enquiry. Full personal details are not required at this stage.
What already exists
Mention the principal contracts, letters, tax correspondence, corporate records, proposals, financial information or other documents already available. Do not attach a complete archive unless requested.
Which date matters
State any proposed meeting, filing, response, signing, transaction or decision date and explain where that date comes from. If no fixed date exists, simply tell us the preferred timing.
What you need from us
Tell us what you would like to understand, decide, draft, review, negotiate or discuss. It is acceptable if the exact scope still needs to be defined together.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CONTACT US
Your enquiry is considered before work is proposed.
We read the information you provide and consider the apparent subject, urgency and fit with the Pavan Geraedts practice. We also check whether we have the appropriate competence, capacity and professional freedom to accept the matter.
If the enquiry is suitable, we may reply with a focused question, suggest an introductory conversation or ask to read a limited document before the meeting. Before any chargeable meeting, review or other work is scheduled, we explain the proposed first step and fee basis.
If another professional should lead or participate, we will say so clearly. A referral can be the responsible outcome of a first reading when an advocate, civil-law notary, statutory auditor, regulated valuer or another specialist is required.
You will receive an automatic acknowledgement after submission. New enquiries are normally reviewed within two working days. Acceptance of a matter or deadline is confirmed separately.
HOW THE ENQUIRY MOVES FORWARD
Four simple steps from first contact to agreed work.
1
We read the enquiry
We identify the company, your role, the intended result, the closest practice area and any timing that may affect the next step.
2
We confirm whether it fits
We consider competence, conflicts, confidentiality, capacity and the possible need for another authorised or specialised professional.
3
We define the first useful step
This may be an introductory meeting, a focused document review, a fiscal or juridical analysis, a mediation intake or a request for a limited set of information.
4
We agree the engagement
Before substantive work begins, we confirm the client, scope, responsibilities, professional boundaries, expected result, timing and commercial terms in writing.
BEFORE YOU SEND
Share enough to begin, not everything you possess.
The contact form is designed for an initial professional reading. It is not a document room and should not be used to transmit material that has not yet been requested.
Begin with the business question
Explain what the company wants to do or understand. The purpose of first contact is to identify the appropriate professional route, not to open a full file.
Mention documents without uploading them
Tell us which agreements, correspondence, records or figures exist. We will identify what is relevant and agree an appropriate way to provide it if the matter proceeds.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, access credentials, complete customer datasets, medical information, extensive employee files, full tax archives, confidential source code or an entire transaction data room through the first enquiry form.
PROFESSIONAL CLARITY AT FIRST CONTACT
Good work begins with a clear mandate.
The first exchange helps both sides decide whether Pavan Geraedts is the appropriate practice and what the engagement should cover. Until that engagement is confirmed, the following boundaries apply.
Sending the form, leaving a telephone message or attending an introductory conversation does not by itself create a professional engagement or authorise Pavan Geraedts to act.
A filing, response, signing or other deadline is accepted only when Pavan Geraedts confirms this expressly in writing.
Initial contact is handled discreetly, but it does not automatically create advocate-client privilege or another form of legal professional privilege.
Pavan Geraedts does not advise all parties to a transaction, mediation or disagreement merely because several parties participate in a conversation.
Work requiring an advocate, civil-law notary, statutory auditor, regulated valuer, patent attorney or another authorised professional remains with that professional.
No particular fiscal, juridical, commercial, mediation or transaction outcome can be guaranteed.
Until a mandate is accepted, you and your existing advisers remain responsible for protecting rights, records and applicable deadlines.
These boundaries are not a barrier to conversation. They ensure that the client, professional role and first responsibility are understood before advice begins.
