Pavan Geraedts is a Dutch professional practice in fiscal advice, juridical advice and business mediation.
From our office in Amersfoort, we advise companies, entrepreneurs, directors and shareholders on the decisions, agreements, obligations and relationships that shape their business.
The practice is led by Linda Pavan Geraedts and Paolo Maria Pavan. Linda brings fiscal knowledge, administrative discipline and a precise understanding of the evidence behind a company’s tax position. Paolo brings juridical and regulatory analysis, business mediation and experience with company structures, commercial relationships and transactions. Together, they provide one professional setting in which different aspects of a company matter can be understood in relation to one another.
Pavan Geraedts has served entrepreneurs and companies in the Netherlands since 2012. Our international experience is available whenever ownership, activities or transactions extend beyond the Netherlands, but it does not define who may come to us. The practice is equally at home with a Dutch company conducting business locally and with a company whose interests cross national borders.

Pavan Geraedts brings fiscal advice, juridical advice and business mediation together within one professional practice.
Each discipline has its own standards, responsibilities and professional boundaries. They are not blended into a vague form of general consultancy. They are brought together because a business decision often has more than one consequence.
A change in ownership may affect taxation, decision rights and shareholder documentation. A commercial agreement may influence fiscal treatment, intellectual property and operational responsibilities. A disagreement between business partners may require both neutral dialogue and carefully drafted agreements once common ground has been found.
We determine which discipline belongs to the mandate and where a connected reading adds genuine value. A focused question remains focused. A wider matter is not reduced to one convenient part.

Pavan Geraedts exists to reduce that distance.

Pavan Geraedts began in the Netherlands in 2012 and has developed through fourteen years of work with entrepreneurs and companies.
Linda Pavan Geraedts’s professional experience in accounting, fiscal administration and company records began in 1997. Her approach is founded on accuracy, continuity and the principle that a fiscal position must be supported by reliable administration. She understands the importance of ordinary professional discipline: records kept properly, obligations followed, questions raised in time and explanations that reconcile with the underlying facts.
Paolo Maria Pavan brings experience as an entrepreneur, juridical adviser and business mediator. His work includes company development, contracts, commercial relationships, corporate structures, regulatory interpretation, business transactions and the practical consequences of management decisions.
Their knowledge developed through different professional routes, but their understanding of responsible practice is shared. Fiscal positions require evidence. Agreements require clarity. Authority requires accountability. Business relationships require attention to both rights and legitimate interests.
Pavan Geraedts grew from this combination. Linda and Paolo developed a practice in which professional disciplines retain their own standards while contributing to a more complete understanding of the company and the decision before it.
The practice we chose to build
Pavan Geraedts was built as a place where the fiscal, juridical, organisational and human sides of a company decision can be considered together when the matter requires it.
The practice has worked with Dutch companies, owner-managed businesses and internationally active entrepreneurs through formation, ordinary operations, growth, transactions and corporate change. This experience allows us to recognise both the technical question and the business reality in which the answer must operate.
A company is more than its legal form, tax number or balance sheet. Its decisions affect shareholders, employees, clients, suppliers, public authorities and other parties who rely on it. Good professional advice therefore requires accuracy, proportionality and an understanding of consequences.
This is why Pavan Geraedts treats clarity as a responsibility. Advice should help the people leading a company understand their position, make an informed decision and carry that decision into practice.

Pavan Geraedts is a boutique practice. Its scale allows the advisers to remain close to the client, the documents and the decisions for which they are responsible.
Clients speak with the professional leading the mandate. Advice is discussed in understandable language and developed with attention to the company’s actual circumstances. The work may be precise and limited or may connect several disciplines, depending on the question.
Every mandate begins with an agreed scope. We identify the relevant facts, documents, professional roles and intended result. The work may then include advice, calculations, correspondence, drafting, review, negotiation, mediation, an on-site assessment or implementation support.
Where formal authority or independence belongs to another profession, we coordinate with the appropriate independent specialist. This may include an advocate, civil-law notary, patent attorney, statutory auditor, accredited certification body or foreign adviser. Each professional remains responsible for their own work and regulated role.

Linda advises companies, entrepreneurs, directors and shareholders on Dutch taxation, fiscal administration and the fiscal consequences of company decisions.
Her work includes tax returns, VAT, corporate tax, employer-related fiscal questions, correspondence with the tax authority and the fiscal side of ownership, financing and transactions.
She connects fiscal analysis with the administration, reporting and transaction evidence needed to support it.
Paolo Maria Pavan
PARTNER - Juridical Advice and Business Mediation
Paolo advises on commercial and corporate matters, contracts, terms and conditions, governance, decision rights, regulatory interpretation, digital matters and intellectual property.
Where shareholders, partners or commercial parties need an independent process, business mediation offers a structured route to their own agreement.
He also acts as an independent business mediator for shareholders, directors, partners and commercial parties.
His role as neutral mediator is kept clearly separate from any role as adviser to one party.

Pavan Geraedts does not perform debt collection, receive settlement money or hold funds for third parties as part of its mediation practice.
Reserved proceedings, notarial acts, statutory audits, patent representation and independent certification are carried out by the appropriately authorised independent professional.
No professional adviser can guarantee a fiscal decision, procedural outcome, negotiated agreement, certification or commercial result.
These boundaries do not distance the client from the work. They make responsibility visible. Where another professional is needed, Pavan Geraedts can help define the question, prepare the relevant information and coordinate the contributions without confusing the roles involved.
