Pavan Geraedts advises companies, entrepreneurs, directors and shareholders through three professional disciplines: fiscal advice, juridical advice and business mediation.
Each discipline has its own purpose. Fiscal advice determines and supports the company’s tax position. Juridical advice clarifies rights, obligations, authority and the terms governing business relationships. Business mediation gives parties a neutral setting in which they can understand interests and develop their own agreements.
